If you are trying to lose weight, focus on the mornings. If you run or walk rapidly for about 3-4km BEFORE your breakfast your body will accelerate your metabolism for the whole day. You also burn a lot more calories in the morning because your body has to use it’s own stocks for it has no fuel from the previous meals.
Another thing is breakfast. I didn’t realize how important it truly is until a friend of mine told me that wrestlers drop of their breakfast when they want to gain more weight! So remember to eat whole grain or rye braid for breakfast, something that gives you good carbs and fiber.
The most important thing is to try to reach a HEALTHY weight. Fit, not thin!
